Pregnancy After Ovarian Cancer

There's a character who suffered from ovarian cancer (not sure how bad yet) and I was wondering the chances of getting pregnant naturally after going into remission. From my research, it's definitely possible, but the chances with one egg are really low. IVF can work if there are no ovaries (donor eggs are used), but I was hoping to have this be a surprise, natural pregnancy. Was thinking about going in the "A fertility Artifact did it" if the chances are really low.
