In French, you can use "pédéraste" (for men), "inverti" (m) or "invertie" (f) (for men and women, but more men), "tribade" (for women), "uranien" (for men), "sodomite" (for men) and "homosexuel" (m) or "homosexuelle" (f) (for men and women and it's the most neutral).

I was just reading a German book, wherein the phrase was used. Waermer Brueder (those second 'e's indicate umlauts, which I don't know how to do online.) It translates roughly to 'warm brothers'

Another German word might simply be "Schwuler". I checked briefly and it seems to have been around in the 1920s already. Also "schwul" as an adjective, as in "Er ist schwul" (He is gay)

Actually, it is "Warmer Bruder" (singular) "Warme Brüder" (plural), the most common term would be "Schwuler" (singular) "Schwule" (plural), more derogarity terms would be "Knabenschänder"(Knabe = Young Boy, Schänder = Abuser) or "Sodomit" (singular) and "Sodomiten" (plural) .
