How to attach chains to concrete

I'm editing a manuscript in which a character is handcuffed and chained to a wall. My difficultly is with the manner in which the chains are connected to the wall. The author has described it this way: "o-ring screws embedded in the walls that connected to chains", but I'm not sure if that's correct. I've tried the search terms "how to fasten chains to walls" and "how to fasten chains to concrete" with no usable results. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!
