Humiliating Torture

Hello, I have another question for a story I'm writing, since I got a lot of help last time I asked.

I did a lot of researches about the title "above" such as (Humiliation torture, Humiliation in prisons, Humiliations in abduction, and similar things) but, unfortunately, I couldn't find what I exactly need

In the same as vien sci_fi_shipper's suggestion, removing access to things like sunlight and clocks.

Also maybe give him situation wherein he has to watch as a friend/love intrest et. is put in a situation that is veyr uncomfortable *for him* and he can't do anything about it.

The "control freak" aspect is going to be the easiest/most fun to fuck with. What I would go for first is *uncomfortable* not strength out pain. That can be worse.

Simple things like reminding him he's a prisoner, having to ask to use the restroom(or not getting to), not being able to do something little that he used to find easy, being forced to wear humiliating clothing (super dirty, too small if he's heavy set, et.). Even simple things like giving him a sedative or heavy anti-psychotic (something that dulls the brain) and forcing him to solve a simple puzzle/ do something normally easy like button his own shirt.

ooh ooh, make him itch.

Any way you can make him actively ask for something he really hates or that is really embarrassing, it will work nicely. Anxiety is what i would go for before straight up fear.
