OP here, not logged in. Yes, it does, thank you for the links. :) I thought that if he couldn't find anything in psionics that was more technical, his next area of study would be parapsychology. I'm also horrible at remembering tags, so thank you for adding those as well.

You should send a message to tarchannon. Not only has he written a wonderful treatise on psionic powers, it also covers writing them in roleplay or fictional situations, and he is a scientist by trade, so it's full of lots of technical language. I have no doubt that he could provide you with all the information you need.
