Bundle of sunshine, my plot bunnies.
MC goes chasing after a criminal, while the military is going all guns blazing trying to catch said criminal. During the chase, one of the snipers aims at the wrong target and hits MC instead of the criminal. Becuase I suck at describing human anatomy, have a
badly edited diagram.
I don't want the bullet hitting his large intestine, so I'm considering moving the entry wound somewhere else, but I want this guy to fall down and not be able to walk for a good amount of time. I'd get him in the leg, but the leg that the sniper has a clear shot at is a full on prosthetic. (yes, this is Fullmetal Alchemist)
Anyways, would the blue-marked spot be a good place to have him shot so he cannot get up and walk without at least some serious difficulty, or would I be better off moving the location/sniper to hit his flesh leg? Plot wise, the criminal is going to double back when MC gets shot and use him to make sure he can get away, and I want to make sure that MC is not going to be able to get away. Tension, ya know?
