Life Update
Five more weeks of being a college student... FIVE MORE FUCKING WEEKS!
And I actually have a job already lined up, which makes the prospect of graduating all the sweeter. Animal Care Supervisor @ Smith. Basically checking on the labs and working with the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. Fuckin' sweet.
Ironically, I owe it all to droping the Animal Science major and going with Individual Concentration ("Animal Welfare Studies"). You see, since I no longer had to devote all my time to the intense AnSci curriculum, I had the time to find a sick internship (similar stuff to what the Smith job entails) and do well with that. I met a veterinarian through the intership who hooked me up with the Smith job. Oh this is so fucking excellent....
