SPN Season 9 - first watch! and the transcripts of 10x01 and 10x02
My sister brought season 9 of SPN yesterday! So we sat down last night and watched four episodes in a row.
A couple of note-worthy things:
1. Dean's lost look when he's trying to figure out a way to save Sam in 9x01. Poor guy.
2. Jared's amazing acting - the way he can switch from Sam to Gadreel in a second. Gadreel talks different to Sam, his face expression and body language is different, he walks different. You really can't compare other actors to Jared and Jensen - they are the best.
3. The bunker will never not be incredible. It's almost (almost) like the Impala - almost a character but not quite. Of course nothing is quite like the beautiful Impala.
Uh, I think that's it.
Ok, on to the season 10 transcript reviews! **spoiler alert, obviously** Very scattered thoughts. I'm tired.
Scattered thoughts. Black was an interesting episode. Dean's just kind of hanging out having a good time, nice on the surface but dark and angry underneath. I wonder just how much he's actually enjoying this? My heart broke when Dean said he wasn't going to save Sam.
I am not even go to try to pronounce the name of this episode. Yay Sammy escapes and finds Dean! Lots of action scenes. I loved Dean telling Crowley he's not going to work for him anymore! But my heart broke again when Dean says "it's just a car." Favourite line from the episode would be Sam's "I don't care what you've done. You're my brother and I'm going to take you home." So much love for that line! Mended my poor broken heart just a bit.
And the sneak peak for 10x03!! Arghhh! Ok, first it doesn't look like the demon curing thing is going so well. Dean seems to be suffering quite a bit. Or is that normal? I don't remember Crowley being like that. And poor Sammy. I was just going "stop talking, Dean, stop talking!" and then he said it was Sam's fault his mother was dead! Something interesting is that fact Dean said "you're the reason my mother is dead." Not "our mother is dead," but "my mother." Interesting choice of words? But good for Sam responding with "that's not my brother talking." Fingers crossed he keeps that attitude just long enough for Dean to get cured and then all will be good again! A girl can dream right?
