Right now, I have the half-written Ink sequel up on my screen, music playing, and little brother bouncing around being very noisy. And I'm going to attempt to cap Skin while typing out random thoughts about it.
Ok, first of all, I love this opening scene. I love it. The music, the lighting, the spookiness and mystery. And then bam! DEAN?!
DEAN: Alright, I figure we’d hit Tucumcari by lunch, then head south, hit Bisbee by midnight. (SAM does not respond.) Sam wears women’s underwear. LOL!
SAM: I tell ‘em I’m on a road trip with my big brother. I tell ‘em I needed some time off after Jess.
DEAN: Oh, so you lie to ‘em.
SAM: No. I just don’t tell ‘em….everything.
DEAN: Yeah, that’s called lying.
Aw, poor Sammy. He's still clinging to the last remnants of normalcy.
Puppy dog eyes!
Becky just kinda drowns in Sam's hug. :D
I love the little look Sam gives Dean here, like "go on, Dean, play your role," which of course Dean does.
I love how Sam's voice gets all soft when he's talking to someone who's scared, or sad.
Shifter eyes are so cool! Hehe.
Sam has very sharp eyes - he also notices the Wendigo shadow in 1x02.
And haha, this whole conversation about why they're here at 5:30 in the morning. Poor Dean doesn't seem like much of a morning person.
I love how grossed out Sam is by the shifter's shed skin.
Ok, seriously? Nobody noticed three guys climbing out of the sewer?
Wow, shifters are fast.
SAM: Come on. We gotta find a phone, call the police.
DEAN: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You’re gonna put an APB out on me.
Hehe!
Poor shifter Dean. I can't help feel sorry for him - but only when he's Dean. *shrug* He looks so trapped and freaked out here.
Ew. *hides eyes* Skin shedding sounds painful.
DEAN: Man! That’s not even a good picture. Poor Dean!
And then he steps in a puddle and freaks out. :D
The shifter likes being Dean. :D And good thing the boys keep their knives super sharp.
Stupid shifter, turning around like that and just standing there, giving Dean a clear shot of its heart!
I love Becky kind of cradling Sam, and Dean taking his amulet back.
And we end with a sweet brotherly moment and a beautiful shot of the Impala.
Ok, all finished. Everything's quietened down, mostly, but now I have a headache. :/
