Hilarity...
The woman on the phone right now is going on and on about how I need to transfer her to the president of my company. She missed a payment last month and now she doesn't want to have to pay her minimum payment for last month and this month together. Somehow the fact that she's had 6 or 7 relatives die in the last year and today is her birthday and she's 70 years old means that I should get the president of my company on the phone. Never mind that I don't have a phone number to such a person. Or she wanted to speak to the assistant president. Um, yeah. No.
So after ranting at me for another minute (and telling me not to interrupt her) she eventually informed me she was going to hang up because she's very unhappy with me. And then she did. Yeah! Way to stick it to the man, old lady! Too bad you still owe the same minimum payment, and have accomplished absolutely nothing except wasting your own time. Good job!
