thought i'd post as a new post cos your posts are really old now (this is what happened when i'm away for a week!)
that's really really gay about your house and everything. maybe it just means the house you end up buying will be even better.

metropolitan housing have got a thing on wed and thurs this week. the thurs one is at valley road and the apartments there are meant to be really nice. they've got a 50% rent / 50% mortgage thing which i'm sure you've already looked into but if you haven't you should probably check it out.
