(no subject)
as of december 6th, I will no longer be an art consultant at wentworth gallery. i will become the office assistant at MJB Electric in good ol' DP. sad, yet exciting. i really hope that this pans out.
last night jeff and i were talking. he's been thinking and he'd really like me to paint more. he'd like to put a info box @ DQ where people can give me their name and number and i can take a picture of them and paint it. he said he can be my manager. he would get me the pictures and i would just have to stay home and paint. he even said he'd take care of our kids. lol. yeah.. he had a few drinks last night. but it is so nice to hear how supportive he is of me. i am always showing him my progress on things, and usually he just repsonds with a mumble of some sort. but he really thinks i'm talented and wants to see me succeed in doing something i love to do. he also wants me to make paintings for his family for christmas next year. he said he'd even pay me for them. silly man.
2 people have come into the gallery and after talking to them, they have asked me to contact them about doing portraits of their family. so i have their cards... yeah. maybe this time next year i'll have my own booming art business...?
