every day there's a man who waits for his wife outside the school to walk her home. he seems pretty nice and all (waves to the other teachers, and such), but it kind makes me wonder if he is just being sweet, or if he's the kind of husband that is over-controlling and only waits for her so he can make sure she goes straight home in time for her afternoon beating before she makes him dinner. but every day i see him waiting, and every day i wave back and remind myself that i still haven't made up my mind about which scenario i think it is....
