Overview
Hannibal's scrutiny is enough to make anyone uncomfortable. He has an intrusive way of making one feel as if he is seeing straight through them, like an X-Ray. He has also been described as feeling "like a fly on the brain." Clearly, telling him anything personal is just going to make matters worse. In fact, if you want him out of your head, it would be best to stay away from him entirely, or at least, to infuriate him by ignoring him completely. Simply opening your mouth will work against you, although, a lot can be discerned about a person without words, and he will not hesitate to judge and analyze your every movement, breath, thought, and word. It is in his nature. It is what he does, and upon association, he will wheedle his way further inside your skull until the hole is so large your brain might slip out entirely. This really cannot be avoided, so don't bother trying. Fret not, he is courteous enough not to use his information against you in anyway harmful...unless he deems it necessary to ruin your life, and black mail you, in which case, you will receive warnings first. He is more likely to try playing cat-and-mouse with you than simply using his knowledge against you, and in his professional training, it is highly improbable that he would deliver information to your enemies. He doesn't want things to end quickly. He likes to play games, but I'm not going to lie and say he plays fair.
Siren's Pull Only
However. In terms of powers outside of his master intellect, enhanced senses and inhuman perception, he does have limits - which is where permissions come in. Hannibal's given power is super-human senses (just like Wolverine's), through which he can see great distances (like Legolas in LotR), perfectly in the dark, and still further than normal people can in light, is less affected by things like fog, and smoke, can hear much higher and lower frequencies, things at great distance, and through many solid barriers. He can smell very faint smells from a distance, or periods of time after they were fresh (handy for tracking, for example), and is even more skilled at detecting smells, scents, odors, etc. He also has reasonably enhanced taste and touch, though there is not as much use for those. He might use his powers of hearing and smell to act as a human lie-detector, for example. Mostly, what this does, is protect him from enemies, and rape your privacy to the max. But if you think you have a way to stifle these senses, or block them, let me know, and I shall take this into account. Good luck.
