(no subject)
just an update on panda. i havent talked to anyone that uses livejournal in...well some time. and i apologize and then mark leech sent me an email and i remembered wow, i liked a lot of people that use this :) (i wrote you a letter mark that i just havent sent haha)
so lets see...this is the love of my life...
not very good pictures im aware but take what you can get. its weird thinking about how long we've been together now. i never was one for long term loving. but its nice. we're making each other better people.
thats love now we have work. i guess those are the two biggest things in my life because i love love and i love my work. so i was working at a place called threshold, where people who are aggressive, self injourous and mentally retarded/developmentally disabled lived and learned using applied behavior analysis. which is an awesome subject and almost has me convinced to going to college for it. but then i got fired. the first job ive ever been fired from. there was an incident where i felt we were being treated unfairly and broke down telling the head people to fuck off. SO i got a job with another company doing the same thing. and the cool thing is...the house that im working in now and the clients that im working with, AND a lot of the staff im working with just recently belonged to threshold. they sold the house, discharged the clients to, and staff were either fired or quit and went to this company. so its not that different from before.
i havent had a lot of time and its hard to do too much in the community without a car. busses are the devil. im so sick of public transport. i paint sometimes but only on myself and the shower. i just like painting and being neked. im trying to keep a journal of just the random things i see or find funny. hoping that someday ill have inspiration to write again. i read random books picked up at the little family bookstore in the corner plaza. i cook now...like pretty good. i still need to use the recipes for some things but im getting the hang of it pretty frickin well. we eat better than most 20-22 yr olds eat. as far as cheap budget will allow.
Im still living with shaun miller. hes a goof. um...lets see he has his dog ralff whos fucking cool. we had a pitbull puppy for awhile but we just couldnt take care of it especially in an apartment like this. and i had fishies but we had to get rid of them as well because we feared they wouldnt make the trip.
the trip home. at the end of september im coming home! YAYAYYAYAYA!!!! paul and i are going to be moving into someones basement in lake arrowhead just until we can get enough money to rent a place. hes going to eventually be going to school for truckdriving VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM and im still undecided but definitly leaning towards the ABA stuff. Ill be working with the same population and hopefully ill get to see most of you again. i dont know how many are still in maine but...keep in touch i miss friends. definitly.
