Click to viewWhen I was about 6, I went with my family on a holiday to the mountains back in Romania. The hotel we stayed at had a stage area in the restaurant, and during dinner there would be a band performing covers of known songs.
I became fascinated with the lead singer, whom I remember seeing as this wonderful, amazing beautiful princess-like figure, and I would loiter around the stage, staring at her and listening to her sing. One day I even said hi when I saw her around the hotel.
One evening, she dedicated her upcoming song to "the girl in the blue dress". It was La Isla Bonita, and I was the girl in the blue dress.
I was so thrilled :D
