Winter weather update
They're still predicting snow for my city, but they've revised the estimated accumulation to 1/2 inch at the most. They also think that all the snow will be out of the area by 6 PM, although at that time they're going to put a freeze warning into effect. Still, even if some of the snow manages to stick around, it doesn't look like there will be any risk of being "snowed in," so to speak. (Please note that this term does not mean in my city what it means to people who live in the north. Seriously, you guys would laugh at us over how easily my city shuts down in winter weather.)
So, barring unforeseen freak(ier) weather, my 11+ hour shift should proceed as normal, though there might be a decrease in the number of shoppers.
