Down 17 pounds!

AH HA HA HA HA!!!

Since the last time I posted, I have lost 17 pounds, which brings me down to 209. By the end of April, I will be below 200, for the first time in at least 3 years. (It's amazing what being in a good relationship will do to you. For me, it made me gain weight. I know, excuses, excuses.)

So what have I been doing?

Food:
No more than 5 net carbs every 5 hours (5x5 rule). Lots of fresh veggies and lean protein.

Exercise:
Sunday: 1 hr. dance (Zumba)
Monday: 1 hr. Spinning
Tuesday: lift weights, 45 min-1 hr. elliptical machine
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 1 hr. Spinning
Friday: lift weights, 45 min-1 hr. treadmill (working up to a run)
Saturday: OFF

Since the semester ends for me next week, things may change a bit. I'm pretty happy with this workout schedule, though, so it will probably stay somewhat like this. I'm also working on my master's project, which puts some good structure into days where I don't have lots of classes or work.
