Day 1 (or at least the first part of it)

 Going to work today for the first time in, like, a month or more. I work at a department store (very part-time) while I'm going to school full-time. I sell handbags, which I hate. I really don't care (even a tiny bit) about handbags. I carry my big stuff in a canvas tote bag, and when I have to be a grown-up, I use the lovely grown-up bag that my wonderful boyfriend gave me for Christmas 4 years ago.

Anyway...

This morning, I've had a cup of tea and 4 oz of cottage cheese. I'm going to pop to the grocery store before work to pick up some other stuff to eat--celery, low-carb yogurt, and anything else I can think of. Probably will get some bell peppers and tuna. I'm trying not to stress about this too much, because I've been in recovery from bulimia for the past 6 years. (I was bulimic from about age 8 to about 23.) That's why I'm not going to track my food much. I tried Weight Watchers and FitDay, but the online tracking (or, really, tracking in general) stresses me out and makes me think about throwing up. So, to be healthier, I'm not doing that.

The pic is of Billie Piper, who plays Belle on "Secret Diary of a Call Girl." I watched it last night, and I'm just fascinated by the show.
