(no subject)
Ben and I are fine, this whole situation is just weird/hard. We don't have a reason to not talk or to hate each other so its a little weird to not be friends. sigh.
I LOVE CALIFORNIA! I am totally applying for jobs out here after I graduate from college. Who knows if I'd ever move out here but I do love it. Everything seems so chill here.
We went to Hollywood Monday after flying in. Ghetto place. You would think it would be a little more glamorous. Either way it was fun. It reminded me of a little five points but with celebrity stuff everywhere. Heidi and I met Optimus Prime and he held our hands. Hahahaha so funny. We also drove around Beverly Hills and down Rodeo drive. Oh my goshhh it was heavenly haha I wish I was rich enough to be able to take advantage of all that good shopping.
The next day we kind of relaxed by the pool then when my dad got off work we went out to this restaurant called King's Fish house. It was so good. I ordered sushi. Best sushi I have ever had in my entire life! That pilot that I went on a date with is from Cali and told me the sushi here is amazing but I wasn't expecting it to be this amazing. Then we went to an outlet mall like discover mills. Ontario mills. It had really good store in it but they were all true outlets so I got a lot of good deals there hehe. They had like a Rainforest cafe and Virgin Records HUGE store in there but it looked exactly like discover mills it was so strange.
Yesterday we went to Huntington Beach, it was nice. It seemed like a surf town, there were so many surfers and surf shops. The beach was pretty. I really liked it there. Its nice because with the dry heat here it does not feel hot at all! We ate at this restaurant at the end of the pier like basically in the middle of the ocean. I forget the name of it but it was a diner and the inside was EXACTLY like Johnny Rockets. It was so strange. The food was much better though.
Today I think we're kind of taking it easy again, and the rest of the time were here should be a lot of fun... we're going into LA tomorrow and then Saturday we're going to Venice Beach. I am hoping to see the skateboarding bulldog there. I'm also hoping to see some celebrities while we are out here.. Oh then Sunday we're going to Tijuana which should be an interesting trip.
