prices can vary greatly between parlors - this is something you want to take to an artist and discuss.

it really varies from shop to shop. a lot of places have a $50 minimum but it just depends. you'd be better off finding an artist you like and asking him/her about it.

It's really going to depend on the shop. Some will charge a lot more than others depending on location, quality of work, how big it is and how long it takes. You'll just have to check around at local shops. :)
