do you know round abouts what size that is? I really want to get "Meet me at the barricades" around the back of my elbow, but am afraid that in order to get it all on one line it would have to be illegibly small.

I believe it's 32 or 33. I remember that I was initially going to go smaller, like 30 or so, but once I actually saw the text on my arm, it seemed way too small, so I went bigger.
