Hello everyone, I'm looking into getting my first literary tattoo, and first tattoo in general.
I've been thinking of getting a line from Macbeth, but I'm having trouble getting the right wording.
Here's what it says in my Macbeth book - Act II, scene II, line 34 (approx., I didn't count.)
"Sleep no more! Macbeth does murder sleep..."
But I've been finding scripts on Google that say "doth" instead of "does." I like it better as "doth," but I don't want to get that done and then have a bunch of people tell me I have the wrong wording. Which is correct? Or does it really even matter? Am I worrying over nothing?
I'd also like some suggestions. I don't think I want just text, I'm thinking of a small accent to add onto it..maybe a little bit of blood near the line? Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks so much!
