Life with Gui Gui was all about tomorrows, Wang Zi decided.
Tomorrow he was going to take down the gaudy pink streamers that screamed 'I LOVE WANG ZI!' that she'd hung around his bed as a surprise on his birthday.
Tomorrow he was going to put away the origami boat with the deformed crane at the helm that she'd given him to play with during class one day, when he'd gotten too bored to pay attention and needed something to keep him occupied.
Tomorrow he was going to throw away the bridal magazines she just HAPPENED to leave scattered around the brothers' mansion, conveniently opened to her favorite gowns, reception halls, and honeymoon destinations.
Tomorrow he was going to tell her to stop asking Ya Tou to polka dot his morning pancakes with chocolate chip hearts, because it made Ah Wei pout and Ao Quan snicker.
Tomorrow he was going to set a lot of things straight with Gui Gui. He'd made up his mind. He'd do all of it tomorrow.
And the best thing about tomorrows was you could always put them off again when they became today.
