I'm not the goddamn sales representative, don't forward calls to my office when they're just asking for their orders! It's not my job to go out and deliver the books!

If someone's asking about their orders, forward them to whoever sales rep is handling their location. It's very easy. You just have to press transfer, dial the intercom combination to the sales department and wait for the ring. Receptionist, are you reading this?!

What is happening anyway? Was there a storm? Did all our delivery trucks sport flat tires? I thought we met the deadline properly last month? We work our assess off here in our department to meet the deadline and this is what happens?

Could you send someone up here with a status report? Even some of the authors are asking about their publications and I can't just hang up on them. I need clear reasons why their books aren't in yet.

Sasagawa-san, a couple of my editors have been on extended leave since last week. Do you have any information on how they're doing? One of them is hospitalized, but I don't know about the other. He's not reporting to me, so I'm wondering if you've received a report or even just a call about his absence. Thanks.

I'm forwarding all the authors' calls to your office. About the magazine, I'm still waiting for the boss's approval.

Boss, that woman Miura-san suggested a project here although I still haven't approved it. I'm waiting for your comments and suggestions regarding it. We might have to pull out editors from the book department to put the magazine together, or we could just hand it over to the periodicals department and have them deal with it. Thank you.

Also, um. I'm sorry. About the awards night. I was a bit out of it and I must have behaved badly. I'm sorry. I'm also sorry about Uri. I promise to leave her somewhere where she wouldn't cause harm.

I really apologize!

Do you know of any pet daycare centers near our workplace? There's a 'no-pet policy' now and I can't leave Uri at home when I go to work or go out of town. I want to know if I could leave her somewhere where she'd be taken care of.
