1. Make a list of things that remind you of someone.
- Wine.
- Cursing, in copious amounts, in English and in Italian.
- Italian food and how it makes you feel better, almost instantly.
- Travelling.
- Tuscany.
- Venice.
- The Italian language.
- Dogs.
- Sexual innuendos.
- Double entendres.
- The bracelet she gave me for Christmas. (God, I hope you're right, Z).
- Tough as nails chicks with hearts of gold.
3. Make a list of moments you would like to rewind.
- The day I found out that my dad passed away.
- Every moment I spent with my mom, so I could live through them again. Even the bad parts.
- The first huge fight Jeff and I had, growing up.
- Elementary school.
- Paris with Jen.
- Venice and Tuscany with Z.
- The last conversation I had with Z, when I should've told her how much she meant to me.
- When I left New York, so I could do some things differently.
4. Make a list of people who make you smile.
- Andy.
- Lauren.
- Jen.
- Addie.
- Winnifred (Otherwise known as Sam).
- Julie.
- Lou, even though I've just met her.
- Mag.
- Dandelion.
- Everyone who's been more than wonderful to me these past few days.
5. Make a list of anything you want. - Things I Should've Told Z
- Your food is better than any five-star restaurant at which I've eaten.
- You make cursing in Italian sound sexy.
- You knew exactly how to make me laugh, no matter what was going on (see: finger puppets).
- The kindness you showed me when I moved to LA, letting me live in your home, has never, ever left me.
- I'm sorry I didn't buy you more packs of Spearmint gum.
- You know that thing you did with your tongue ..
- You are the kind of person I can only hope to be someday - honest, unapologetic for being who you are, kind, generous, loving, and beautiful.
