When my muse failed me on the writing front, I did this instead. So shoot me. Hell only knows if I'll be around more than a few weeks. I'm not good at this RPing business.

CHARACTER NAME: Lithuania
CHARACTER SERIES: Axis Powers Hetalia

[OOC]
This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.

Backtagging: yes!
Threadhopping: yes!
Fourthwalling: N-no .... unless it's dear_mun, which fourth-walls itself.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Yes, that's fine - he's liable to be offensive himself. But this Lithuania is from 1867 - if you talk to him about Holocaust collaboration and whatnot he's just going to look at you funny.

[IC]
This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

Hugging this character: Sure! Although if you're Russia he'll probably try to punch you.
Kissing this character: Sure! Although if you're Russia he'll probably try to punch you.
Flirting with this character: Sure, why not. I'd make a joke about how a flirting Belarus would make him marry you instantly, but at this point Lithuania's not so smitten.
Fighting with this character: YES YES YES. He's highly unlikely to start a fight but by God he'll try to end it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. Maiming and scarring is completely out; no knocking him unconscious. Pretty much everything else is fine, provided you're okay with your character taking a little abuse too - because this Lithuania will hit back.
Killing this character: No. Def. talk to the mun first by PMing this account.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Uh, no; I'd prefer warning that your character can do that. How often does this come up in the dressing room?

Warnings:

While this Lithuania is played as having an awkward semi-friendly post-marriage relationship with Poland, this Lithuania ships himself/his culture. Anyone getting too friendly with his borders is either going to get panic or a punch in the face, possibly both. In Poland's case, maybe a lecture about not being married any more.)

Right, and on that note: this Lithuania is highly nationalistic, somewhat counter-culture (to the Russian Empire), and not well-traveled (oh, did he just paint your character with one big stereotypical brush? Whoops). He's a combat butler who works earnestly for Russia and is good at what he does, but at the moment he's greatly resenting it, and given half a chance he will let you know about it. Basically he's pretty passive-aggressive at the moment, and high-strung.

However, if you're not in his immediate circle of nations and he doesn't know you, expect a congenial, friendly guy who might like to reminisce about the Good Old Times a bit. and wishes there were ulcer pills in his time.

Regarding the mun:

I'm not a very 'serious' RPer, and I will and have stretched Lithuania's knowledge about his own future for the sake of Rule of Funny. I prefer RPing conflict to peaceable conversations, so verbal jousts and brawls will always have my attention. If this Lithuania is a bit more, mn, mouthy than you'd expect, that's the OOC answer as to why (although I'm claiming it's because of all that nationalistic spirit trapped under a thin veneer of still being a Good Housekeeper, what.)

I'm also not too ashamed to say that it makes me laugh when Russia is scaring Lithuania, so you'll never see me object to those types of threads; should Lithuania attempt to beat a hasty retreat (and he often will), feel free to make him stick around.

On that note, feel free to tell me what I'm doing wrong in the replies.
