I am feeling awesome. I should be in bed, though, because tomorrow I am leaving the house to hang out with a friend, or, someone who I care a little about impressing, but can't actually tell me to shut up, because he's nice. We'll call him S, I think he'll feature pretty frequently in my social life this summer. By composing the whole of it! Okay, not really. The rest is silence, ♥
Okay! Back to literature, but since I don't have JSTOR at home, and am too lazy to type up this cool article I'm reading about Brutus (Julius Caesar) and Hotspur (1 Henry IV, or 4) you'll have to cope with another rec.

This is wonderful; there's a survey sent around UNCLE headquarters. It's ostensibly to gather data, to get more funding, but actually, it turns out to be all about what people need, and what they want. Clever little ficlet, with Simpson's gimmick, and oh, it's so fitting, and adorable. I don't even have words!

I continue to believe there is no problem in the world that Common Rider, particularly "Last Wave Rockers," cannot solve. Perhaps I do not have very serious problems, or maybe Jesse Michaels is just that awesome. He can solve world resource shortage with his smile! Mend all conflicts with his voice! YES. THAT AWESOME. (shut up fic!brain, there is not going to be fic with that as the guiding principle, no matter how much you want the UN to start blasting "Carry On." Or, in a related theme, Jesse Lacey and Adam Lazzara to make up or out to "Deep Spring.")
I have been cooking a lot, and the house smells delicious. Mango-basil-cranberry variety of delicious!
