Application madness
So, I'm filling out the application for Columbia University. I have to fill out a section for financial aid* which I don't need. But I have to fill it all out anyway.
One of the questions? Employer or anticipated school or college (for 2007-08.)
Dudes. I am applying to Columbia. As a first-year student. You tell me where I am going to be next year. It'd be hilarious if I wrote, like, "Macalester." Or "University of Alberta: Augustana." AHAHA. I can only imagine the Columbia Admissions Department going *headdesk* And then, perhaps they'd be so addled that they'd let me in anyway. OR NOT.
College is stupid.
*AHA. Going there costs forty-seven thousand dollars a year. But it is free for me! FREE. I have a parent who is on faculty at an associated institution, and LA, FREE.
