So, after a terribly intensive session of X- Files fic reading, I have decided that I am insane.
Really? Why now, brighty?
Because I'm preferring Krycek and Skinner slash to Krycek and Mulder slash.
Honestly, I thought I had gotten over this "preferring emotional depth" thing. So very good, at drowning those little doubts of my own shallowness. Which is not a word, but that's totally okay. And, er, this is not to doubt the dynamic of Krycek/Mulder, and all of its nasty little quirks, such as the dead people that it leaves behind. Seriously, though, Skinner is much more damaging to Krycek, and hey, the bitter "gah, you keep on killing my friends" thing they've got going is quite hot.
Lexicon Really, it's not so much about Krycek and Skinner, more a character piece for Krycek. Hey, springboardy fic! Yes! With cute little interactions between our two...valiant leads. Ooh, damn.
Plus, dude. X- Files smut? Tends towards well written, when you can find it. And I would bawl about the current state of X- FIles fic, but hey, I can find it. There's plenty of canons where even het is hard to find, so I'm not about to knock it.
Additionally, me and the older guy/younger guy and highly obvious, dynamic? Ah! Ah! Ah, I love. And if anyone cares, I have a list with recs, on why this is awesome.Okay, the list isn't yet, but it could be arranged in short order. Never let it be said that I do not have a fic for every occasion.
Oh, so. Any requests for writing? I mean, I don't have anything to do. (Really, I'm not just delaying real work...er, okay, so I am.)
