I haz a car!!

I am so, so happy right now, and I love my step dad to pieces. After a long and hard search he was able to find the perfect replacement car for me.
It's a 1994 Nissan Maxima and it's SO nice! Way better than my 1991 Toyota Camry. In a way, I'm glad that my old car died, because now I have an even better used car than before. This car has a bigger engine, which means better gas mileage. It looks like I'm going to get an average of 400 miles per tank! My old car made half of that at best. I also don't have to struggle to drive up hills, the nissan is really smooth and makes for a much easier drive.
The car is in really good condition, and what's nice, is I don't have to worry about whether my car will last on a long trip. I can pretty much be confidant where ever I drive and know that my car will be fine. I was worried that I wouldn't have a car by the time school started, and I'm so glad that that wasn't the case. Especially with the Renaissance Faire starting the first weekend in September, I definitely need a car to drive out to Hollister every weekend.
Speaking of faire, the second weekend of workshops are coming up and the first weekend went really well. The faire construction is slowly starting to come together and people are getting ready for the festivities to begin. I can't wait!
