You have dealt with Willow and it is not cliffhangery, but there is a plan, isn't there? Because now that you have taken everybody except Gunn to Sunnydale, I think you are planning to get Angel's head on right? That will be fun to see.
Doing this last bit from Wesley's POV was very effective, the other players all being too involved. It needed the observer's eye.
Poor Wes, still out of his depth, even though this is post him taking over as leader of Angel Investigations. *laughs* Not that he was that secure in the leadership role early in AtS season 3 and it means nothing in the vampire hierarchy anyway. He felt real in his doubts and concerns. His close encounter with the Oden Tal women was funny too.
And I loved Cordy's reappearance, especially her exchange with Xander, although her conversation with Spike was lovely too. So she's admitted to the headaches. Are you going to 'demonise' her (as she demanded herself when given a choice) or find some other solution? You shouldn't actually answer that *g* I'm speculating for the fun of it.
I really enjoyed this long chapter. Thanks.

And Wesley really is quite the follower. And when Angel leaves him to try and figure stuff out on his own, he tends to go horribly astray. So, I do think that he's like Xander... strongest when following. HOwever, Angel is really not worth following season 3/4 of Angel:tS
