Aww, Xander and Angel are really finding a way to communicate - even with the snarkage and wanting to throttle going on. It's sweet!

I also really thought the altered version of the first meeting of Spike, Angel and Xander all together was really cool. Again it made sense - heaven forbid in tvland, eh? Nice fix again.

Thanks. After Angel removed himself as a suitor (and in the process showed that he respected Xander's opinion), I can see Xander pushing his way in there even if Angel put up a token resistance.

And I thought that Spike would come and find his sire if he didn't catch sight of him while watching Buffy. He never was one for just waiting for things to come to him.

For some reason, I hadn't read Bumbling to a Save so went back and read that - loved Xander's talking without breathing routine and could just see Angel's face as Xander told the jokes! Then read Family Ties - really enjoyed it and would love to read more if you were so inclined. thank you.

ohh this was awesome! loved the idea of Xander trying to 'educate' Angel and using Angel's apartment as a getaway from outside stress. The revised meeting with Spike was great, very believable in this 'verse. And then the 'marking' of Xander with Angel's blood...ohhhh!!! *wide eyes*

I just thought that with the jealousy over Buffy out of the way, the boys would be more likely to be friends. And yes, Angel is going to do what he has to in order to protect Xander and the others... although only Xander is getting marked.

Love both of these. Love that Angel does claim the Scoobies as his own. I hope you don't mind me hoping, that if this story continues, that Angel and Xander stay friends. I really like the friendship dynamic here and just think taking it in romantic territory would change it too much. Though I know you could make the transition work. Either way, I'll happily follow wherever this leads.

In other words, may I have some more please? :-)

I think it would take a lot for the dynamic to change. Oh, maybe after Xander graduates and is out for a while, but Xander has pretty much gotten Angel to associate 16 with pedophilia, and Xander himself is 16
