Monday,
-went golfing with Nick B. What was that score again? hmmmm.
-Met Nick at Holiday Inn North in Lexington. It was great to be with him. everytime we are together, I realize all over again how much I love him and enjoy being by his side. I love it that we don't have to always be doing something extraordinary. Lexington people make me wonder though: they thought we were plenty old enough to purchase alcohol and that we were married and/or living together.hmmmm?
Tuesday,
-Cried all the way home after daying good-bye to Nick.
-Got home about 9:30
-Went to check in on my grandparents
Wednsday,
-Worked an 8 hour shift then retuirned for another 4 hours
-slept
Thursday,
-Worked 10 hours.
-Had Dentist appointment: Yay! no cavities,just one that needs to be replaced since it fell out.
-went to dinner with my mom and kelly
-Visited Grandma and grandpa. Papa was actually really sharp. I guess it was a good day. HIs hands have been hurting him a lot lately. He has arthritis and a disease that is attacking the muscles in his hands. They describe it as having a charlie-horse in your hands. He looked as if he was going to cry and it made myt heart cry. i don't want him to be inpain.
Friday,
-Work was awful
It is sad that my last week here is almost completely booked being doctor's visits, medical procedures and service projects. But, I will make time to see everyone.
I can't wait to get back to school, not so that I can forget about things here, but so that they no longer dictate my life. I have sacrified my social life this summer and I know that it was not worth it. Responsibility sucks. I miss everyone at school. See you all soon.
