This is one of best Science Fiction stories I've read in my life. And just for the records, Rowling you are nothing compared to that :)
I am extremely glad that as your beautiful world moves forward storytellers are not bounding themselves to a single media. In any case, the story is called Gunnekriggs Court. And I do hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did. As it unravels (and it is not nearly done).
