(no subject)
so when anali and i were dating she asked me to do a painting for her for christmas
we broke up like the day before christmas? something like that, doesn't matter. but
the point is, i haven't done any artwork in ages and i put a lot of effort and thought into putting
together a great little idea that meant something to me (and to us at that point) but she
would never come by to drop of my stuff (still hasn't) and i was going to give her it regardless
along with what i have of her stuff when she dropped it off. not because it matters anymore but
because it was made for her. i dont want it, i didn't make it for myself like i do with most of my art
i didn't make it for my own personal satisfaction, i made it because someone asked me, like with
alex asking me to draw out her sleeve tattoo. because they and it meant something to me
anyways, im frusterated and it's based off of the song i'll catch you by the get up kids due to astory
she told me about being afraid of being picked up cause of an ex that underestimated his strength
and threw her over his shoulder. i found it sweet/amusing/cute so i did a piece of artwork, and because
i also care(d) about her and wanted to her to know i really would be there for her if she needed it
anyways, here's the piece of artwork, i dont want it, does anyone else? (this is obviously considering she
doesn't finally show up with my stuff so i can give it to the person it was intended for) (in case you are
reading this if you havent taken me off your friends list on here anali)

the picture doesn't do it justice. i used a lot of new methods i had
never used because i wanted to, and because i wanted to do something
with a lot of work and thought for it. i used water colour, prismacolour
pen and ink, pencil and paint. i've actually contemplated using it
for the cover of one of my EP's. figures.
