It just gets better
I found out today that this year I'm FIRST CHAIR Alto Saxophone at AllStar !!! It's seated one first part (me) and two second parts (A girl from Chippewa and a girl from Lasalle, I believe). I was super-excited when I found out.
I also got the opportunity to hear the adjucator's comments on tape, three times he mentioned ME and my "pretty" tone. The second adjucator also wrote that I had a nice sound on the comments sheet. That made my day. My playing confidence just skyrocketed :D
Anyways I'm tired and I'm going to go to bed early for once, tonight ;-)
