Ok so school has started once again and that means updating this beast more often probably. Since I've been back at school I have been feeling quite nostalgics. There is something about walking in front of the dorms at 9 at night and seeing people sitting outside talking, spending the last nice nights of summer outside. I wish I had taken advantage of that back when I stayed at school, but I was too anti social for that. Also I think a lot about staying at The Towers. It wasn't that great living there but looking back it was a lot more fun than I thought. But no reason thinking about those times when there is the present time to be living in.
So hey it's almost fall, isn't it great? Ever since highschool I have had great falls. There is just something so great about it. I guess it's that you can still be outside with out getting too cold and everything changes so much. Truly my favorite season. Also something fun always happens I don't know why but it's just the time of the year. This year the cool thing is going to Scranton for the Office convention. Driving in the fall is the best especially if you get to drive past forests. Hmm that reminds me of freshman year of college...
So how is school going? Pretty good I say. I think I have just been going for long enough that it has just become a hobby...a stressful hobby. This year my short days I am there for 6 hours and long days are 9 hours. Now I feel like I am really feeling the fun of commuting. I have a 2 hour gap between some of my classes, but I have just been using that time to study or look at books in the library. I have Charles again for graphic design. I forgot how funny his word choices were. Like calling people's ideas delicious or making references to magic. Great teacher. Then again most of the teachers I've had at Wayne have been pretty awesome. Pretty excited to have Jim Nawara this year; he seems like he'll be a great teacher already(well I've already heard plenty of great things about him already). My American Gov teacher apparently likes to drink at local bars and has a brother that grows medical marijuana. And my psych teacher is 6'8" and makes pop culture references that I am sure he doesn't understand. Also Detroit is so great since you can always see some strange ass shit happening every day thanks to the homeless population. Like today I saw some dude trying to push his shopping cart through a park. I don't know if you know this, but hard ass little wheels that rotate don't move too well in grass, especially if you have all your personal possessions crammed in the cart. Oh well it won't be long before I am posting how much I hate the place.
Let us see what else is going on. I am still with that lovely girl Traci. This is pretty surprising since I normally cant stay with a girl for more than a month and we are now going onto 4 months. I can only imagine this is going to make the fall even more sweet. I've also been playing a lot of video games. Beat Oblivion and Shivering Isles and I am now working on Bioshock which is pretty fun. Though I don't really have a lot of time for that anymore. I ono I don't really do much else except for drink or smoke occasionally. Oh well that's it for the update.
Oh yea and have you ever noticed how most methods of transportation sound great when they are far away? Like the sound of airplanes flying over, or the light rumble of a distant train, or the sounds of distant traffic. Maybe it's just me but I love hearing these things late at night.
