Mephisto's Spell
For those of you unaware, the Peter coming into the world of Cape & Cowl has been taken from the current Marvel timeline (i.e., The Gauntlet (ASM 611-620), and Marvel's latest event, Siege). This means that, unless otherwise stated, the effects of Mephisto's spell are still in effect. This means that while Peter Parker is walking the street, average joe superhero will not know that he is, in fact, your friendly neighborhood Spider-man. Likewise, Peter is unaware that he has ever been previously married to Mary Jane Watson, nor is he aware of the deal made with Mephisto. He is only vaguely conscious of the fact that while the unmasking did take place, nobody remembers the identity of the man beneath it.

Fourth Wall Permissions
One of Spider-man's defining characteristics is his unrelenting rapier wit. In his constant stream of jabs and quips, he sometimes tends to make pop culture references on a consistent basis. In doing so, I realize, that in such a vast multi-fandom game this may, at times, step on a few toes. So, unless otherwise given permission here, I will do my absolute best not to make fourth wall comments regarding characters who are currently playing in C&C.
