tip of the iceberg
I am insanely frustrated and felt like writing.
However, now that I'm actually here and typing I'm having trouble wording my frustation.
Organisation and communication are two very important factors when running a business- Just because you have little or no competition does not mean that you can neglect those vital aspects (among other vital aspects which are also too often neglected).
While you're at it, how about getting some employees that can actually communicate with your clients? Not everyone speaks arabic or urdu and a lot of the time I, and others, have a great deal of difficulty understanding exactly what certain employees/instructors are trying to say.
