i lose

yesterday... the sacred heart died failed. a very very sad day for me.

i was offered a small piece of beef jerky and one cinnamon jelly belly from a friend. i feel rude refusing food, so i accepted. :( eating those made me realise my hunger...

and i gave into eating a massive meatball hoagie [ohhh spaghetti sauce] and a diet pepsi.

gross.

well it was that that made me realise that i'm definitely not getting enough calories/energy to deal with finals week [which is now]. so i gave up the diet. i'll start again when i'm home on wednesday. and i'll be able to make the soup!

soooo i'm pretty much just eating what i need right now. i had an egg salad sandwich for lunch today and it tasted like the best thing in the woooorld. food tastes so much better after fasting/dieting. which absolutely sucks.

the sandwich was 948 calories. that's more than i should eat in a whole day. holy crap.

breakfast was a coffee [mm, french vanilla] and a big fat chocolate chip + m&ms cookie. sickening, i know, but i needed the sugar to get going this morning [went to bed at 5 am]

and dinner was another cookie [brownie-cookie with walnuts], and i tried a peppermint mocha. 'twas tasty, but the lady put a ton of whipped cream on it. which is all calories and no health. sooooo gross. but i ate it anyways.

and now i am writing a paper on the energy consumed. and hopefully burning it well.

1403 calories total for the day.

[wishes she could purge, but can't]

and they sit at the bar and put bread in my jar and say "man, what are you doing here?!"
