working on my way to eating less and less calories every day. 738 total for the day.
breakfast = one slice of stone ground wheat toast with a little margarine [mmm]
lunch = a small fluffernutter sandwich ['cause marshmallow fluff has less calories than jam!] and a couple potato chips [gross]
dinner = 4 oz. of baked chicken in a [fat-free] yogurt & spice - "East Indian" flavour - marinade; brown rice; fresh green beans
i like preparing meals. i get to de-fatten stuff and make my portions smaller. yesssss.
busied myself today and found that i don't think about food so much. babysitting tomorrow = no food! :-)
