Oh my god you guys, this show, The Buried Life, is the most awesome and beautiful show. The premise alone makes me want to cry - Four guys made a list of 100 things they want to do before they die. For every goal they achieve on their list, they help a stranger do something on theirs. They just go up to someone on the street and ask them what they want to do before they die. And they help them do it. And god, their list is SO ambitious (kiss Rachel McAdams, hold public office somewhere, get on the cover of Rolling Stone) and also fucking adorable (take a stranger out to dinner, draw a mural, pay off our parents' mortgage, fall in love).This series explores the exciting wonders of human potential and the exhilaration of going after one's dreams-those dreams too often buried by everyday life. This is the incredible and hard to believe true story of a journey called The Buried Life. It's all in the question: "What do you want to do before you die?"

I knew I'd started one of my own volition a LONG time ago so I went back and found it:
Things to do before I die:
01. Publish a children's book.
02. Be quoted in a magazine.
03. Meet Lisa Edelstein.
04. Make out in the rain.
05. Striptease & pole dance to Crazy Cool.
06. See the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
07. Own property in Costa Rica.
08. Do a photoshoot with a celebrity.
09. Make a horror film.
10. Work with Mia Michaels in some capacity.
11. Work with Adam Lambert in some capacity. 11b. Kiss him.
12. Make something so awesome that people will postpone sex for it.
13. Win an Emmy or an Oscar, and thank montage/trailer editors in my speech.
14. Hold a job that constitutes being paid just for having an opinion.
15. Be in a position someday to cut people.
16. Visit the Netherlands, meet my best friend, sit under a willow tree.
17. Get a Nikon D90 (or serious business BAMF camera of some sort).
18. Have sex in a place that corresponds with every letter of the alphabet. 18b. With the same person.
19. Be somebody's Maid of Honor.
20. Visit the Cheers bar in Boston.
21. Go to Vividcon and show a video there.
22. Have coffee with an old teacher, as equal adults.
23. Get a photograph in the NYT.
24. Finish The Gift and give it away.
25. Be asked for an autograph for any reason.
26. Volunteer with kids.

46. Write people letters letting them know how they changed your life.
47. See something on Broadway.
