I want AND need to see this. My little brother has schizophrenia, though it's not as bad as this. The disorder fascinates me to no end.

SAME, I am SO fascinated by it. How old is your brother? And yeah this girl, it's one of the most severe cases of it doctors have ever seen. She's on high-ass doses of last-resort ADULT medication for it, in addition to 600mg of Lithium. I found a place that's been uploading the last few Oprah eps, so I'll check tomorrow and see if this one goes up too, god I hope so

Wow. That's so gnarly! My little brother just turned 6. He talks to people that nobody can see, and he gets really scared all the time. :[

That is so interesting to me - does he talk to people he sees? Or does he see animals, too? (If you don't mind me asking. You don't have to tell me, I'm just really fascinated by it)

I don't mind. He talks to one person he sees all the time. He says his name is Jacob, and he sits on the edge of his bed while he sleeps. When I lived there, I'd have to go close his door at night because his conversations with Jacob would keep me up.
