I was going to officially announce it but many of you beat me to it LOL. So, as you have probably gathered/seen by now, fishingvegas has asked me to co-mod house_cuddy. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever been asked. I feel so honored, blessed, and hopeful. And thank you SO much to all of who who have expressed excitement - I've gotten so many amazing comments, emails, and PMs, and I wanted to thank you guys so much for the support you've given. It's the most encouraging, beautiful thing. I had a shitty day yesterday and just thinking of all of this has kept me going.
I've made a couple of posts here in the past about my frustrations with the community, and it seemed to be a popular opinion on my flist that the place had drifted from the safe haven of brilliance and respect that it used to be. Several of you stopped watching or left entirely. So I guess this is me personally inviting you back, if you are one of those people. fishingvegas, iwant_sprinkles, and I are 100% committed to working to the best of our ability to bring all of that back. We're 100% committed to bringing out the maturity, talent, fun, excitement, intelligence, passion, and respect that we know everyone who ships this ship is capable of. We're 100% committed to listening to your thoughts, suggestions, and feelings. We want to make a difference, we want to make a great place, and we want you to be there every step of the way.
And this is also me opening up the floor to you guys if you have any thoughts and suggestions for the community. Of course you're always free to PM any of us at any time (and please do!), but I just kind of wanted to get your feelings on things before I fully jump in. Because I'd love to advocate for you, and make this your place. All of you. Everyone. So again, god, thank you so much for all of the well wishes and the luck, and feel free to let me know what you're thinking and feeling. I am so full of love!!
