New York, here I come!
I LEAVE IN 12 HOURS AND 14 MINUTES. i am still not fully packed. WHATEVER. I don't care. I am so fucking excited to see my friends. We'll be in Pennsylvania for a week, I think, a little over a week, then we go to NY for like 5 days (I DONT KNOW THE SPECIFICS OF MY OWN GODDAMN TRIP. I'M JUST SORT OF SHOWING UP.)
I CHANGED MY LAYOUT FOR IT.
Let's have a brief list of the awesome that will ensue on this trip -
01. We are seeing Wicked.
02. ... and XF2. And I will be wearing my Fuck Me Duchovny underwear and my Scully badge and yelling "NAILED IT!!!1" at the end.
03. We're going to jenncho's birthday dinner with all of her friends at a DRAG QUEEN SHOW.
04. UM, we're hitting up the library to try to find an original copy of Lisa in Wonderland with all of her little celebutante photos in it.
05. SPEAKING OF LISA, we are making the pilgrimage to La MaMa, and I also want to find the drag queen store that she almost suffocated in when she tried on a latex dress and choked to death.
06. And we're of course hitting up the standard, touristy spots. And the NBC store.
07. We are for sure meeting Mindy Kaling, aka Kelly on The Office, for we are going to Scranton to do so.
08. We are taking a shit ton of flaily photos and video, because I am bringing all of my cameras and firewires and things.
09. I also want to play drunk House bingo. This is still pending, seeing as I haven't discussed it with them. LOL.
10. WE ARE MAKING CAKE. GEMMA AND I ARE GOING TO MAKE A GRAPHIC WITH ALL OF OUR FAVORITE CELEBRITIES ON IT, WE EACH GET ONE (LISA, ANGELA KINSEY, MARISKA HARGITAY, MELORA HARDIN), AND TAKE IT TO THE STORE AND MAKE THEM PRINT IT ON A FUCKING CAKE. A FANDOM CAKE. OF AWESOME.
11. Also, all of our laptops are going to have one massive orgy of file-swapping. Like I know someone needs Lisa photos and I need Office episodes and like skljhdfas. I am so excited. And Gemma is getting a Mac here so I get to teach her how to use it and sljdkfhsajkldf.
12. and like... dance parties and stuff. IDFK.
