July 10 - when I can't think of pertinent subject lines, I just put the date now.
I have an interview tomorrow afternoon and I hope it goes well because #1, I'll only get like 6 hours a week at the dance studio, which sucks even though it pays decently, and #2, IT IS AT SUCH A SWEET PLACE. It's a store for beauty professionals/cosmetologists. So they sell all the nail stuff (THEY HAVE LIKE A BILLION DIFFERENT TYPES OF NAIL FILES, IT IS SO AWESOME. and nail polish. and a bunch of hand stuff and lotion and soap sdkjlfha), hair stuff like dye and a shit ton of different shampoos and hair extensions, and makeup and waxing kits and kjhdfjka it is so fun. My mom was in there and the lady mentioned that she was looking for someone so the woman told her to have me call her and I did and she wants me to come in and talk to her at 2. It'd be so awesome because I would love to just learn all about that stuff, I think it'd be a fun weird knowledge to have.
I LEAVE IN 4 DAYS. or practically 3, now. We went and got all my cute little travel-sized toothpaste and shampoo holders and kjdshfkjhdfkjahdsfa. And my mom just colored my hair and is going to cut it too. I might even get bangs.
Other than that I have nothing to talk about because I haven't left my room. It's okay, it's good. And oh my god, I never noticed that Mulder was wearing Scully's cross when he got abducted. Like, do you even KNOW what that did to me. 8 years since I've seen that one and I JUST figured it out. It absolutely stuns me how it's been that long and there's STILL shit I don't even know about this show yet. It made the whole "I won't let you go alone" line make SO much more sense and it made it 10x more beautiful. I can't believe I never got that until now.
OH OH! There was a WICKED storm earlier. The sky was green and I couldn't even see the houses across the street because the rain and visibility was so bad. But then it like, went away for no reason and I fell asleep again, and when I woke up, it was a BEAUTIFUL day. IDEK HOW THAT HAPPENS.
My phone is dead. And I don't care.
SYTYCD, I am VERY upset at the guy who went home. I think they made the wrong choice. And Nigel was all, "This week, I wish we could have kept all our guys and gotten rid of two girls". Well, MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE. It's not fair - if a guy is better than most of the girls, but goes home because he's ~apparently~ not as good as the other guys, it's not his fault that the competitors of his sex are naturally better. It'd make sense if they picked one guy winner and one girl winner at the end, but they don't - they pick ONE winner from BOTH sexes. So as far as I'm concerned, they shouldn't do this "one guy and one girl go home each week" business.
