I HAVE MY FIRST MOSQUITO BITE OF THE SEASON. IDK whether to celebrate because it means THE SNOW IS GONE or to be pissed because it itches. It's okay, I love itching it.
I watched Awake and The Invasion last night, loved them both, although I thought The Invasion was lacking something that I can't put my finger on. And Nicole Kidman, omg, she looked so gorgeous in that movie! She reminds me of my friend Riane. Awake could have been more terrifying, but the premise alone freaked me the FUCK out. I cannot even imagine being "put under" and not being put under. And feeling them crack my chest open. And being awake for it but completely paralyzed. My god. I also watched Firewall but I'd seen that before. I was pissed I didn't have any new Ashley Judd movies to watch. I think she's one of those people that I could be really obsessed with, I love her so much.
And Sela. I cannot really explain my love for Sela Ward. I was thinking about this last night as I was watching my first disc of O & A. She's obviously not someone I completely obsess over but she's more than an Ashley Judd situation up there. I can't explain it because she's in this weird in-between phase and I think she's the only person there. I completely adore her, and enjoy her so much, I don't know if I'm waiting for a FULL catalyst or what, but she's just sort of present and I don't even know.
Does anyone have any Katy Perry? I LOVE "I Kissed a Girl", I don't think I know of any of her other songs but I love her voice and the sound of that one so I think I'd like her as an artist.
Mona Lisa Smile is on, I haven't seen this yet I am so excited, because the info on the tv talks about teaching students to reach for the stars and I love teachers and stars and sdkljfghas. 15 minutes in and I love it already.
My dad is fixing one of our water pipes. He had to grab his fire extinguisher "just incase I light the floor on fire." I AM SO COMFORTED.
