Carly doesn't do a whole lot for me... I think mostly because she's always gotten a lot of praise, and I don't see how she's SOOO amazing. (David A. to a certain extent, too, because I think there's a certain niche where he's good.)

David Cook annoys me because of the whole cover/innovator thing. Especially after he did Billie Jean, because I knew Chris Cornell's version, and the judges giving him so much credit was annoying.

Michael was my favorite. It's impossible to not like Brooke -- she just seems so genuinely nice, but her style isn't one I'd expect to keep her in the competition for very long. I like Jason Castro, but I expected him to go before Michael.

THERE WAS TOO MUCH AWESOMENESS IN THAT EPISODE! I couldn't decide half the time whether to laugh or to cry- they are sooo dysfunctional. Michael makes me so sad sometimes. Jan with her crazy, neurotic self is ah-mazing.
