So, I started Weight Watchers at Work last week, and so far, so great! I'm glad to know what my weight is now, and that makes me more motivated to eat better and take better care in what I'm putting into my body.
So far, I feel like I have so much to eat in a day, at home, it's easy, at work, not so much. I have to force myself to snack and such throughout the day so that I don't end up with 12 points left at 9pm or something like that. I'm working on eating more earlier in the day.
So...for my first week, I am free of 5.4lbs (. WOO! I'm so excited about this, that I was just ready to jump for joy yesterday. It's a great feeling to be on track and know that am doing this because I want to look and feel better.
So, yay! I'm happy :)
